教えてください
Being multi-lingual was not required for my job, but most of our clients are Japanese companies.
So, communicating with them in business terms would be challenging.
Sometimes, I felt like I was not able to communication properly compared to some of my Japanese co-workers.
So at work, I practiced speaking Japanese with my co-workers and try reading good books that can improve my Japanese language.
Now, I have more knowledge in Japanese and I feel that my communication skills have improved gradually.
ほとんどのお客様は国内企業ですので、仕事上で複数の言語を使うことはありません。そのため、日本語でのビジネス会話は課題でした。
日本人の同僚と比べると、日本語での会話がうまくできないと感じていますので、職場では同僚と日本語で話す練習をしたり、語学力を身に着けるための本を読んだりしています。
そのかいあって、今では、日本語の知識量が増え、コミュニケーション能力も徐々に向上していると感じています。

As we know Team building is an important part for company, and activities related to Team building it's not always need to be about work.
As an example, here in KTC, employees are given the opportunity to have fun and demonstrate their own unique skills through different activities.

As I mentioned previously, KTC has a lot of activities related to Team building,
so after finished my work, mostly I spend my time to do some activities such as playing soccer, workout and nomikai with my co-workers
I realize how lucky I am to be part of a company that values team building.
前述の通り、KTCにはチーム形成のための様々な活動があります。
私も仕事が終わった後は、同僚とサッカーをしたり、トレーニングに行ったり、飲み会に参加したりしています。
チームの団結を大切にする会社の一員であることがどれほど幸運なことかを実感しています。
I believe KTC will become a large international IT company in near future,
therefore I need to improve my bilingual language skills and also my technical skills in this field.
